The Property Valuation API (Norwegian: Eiendomsverdi) provides a complete picture of properties in terms of valuation, financing, turnover, and debt collection. The service covers all properties in Norway and gives you a real-time view of prices in all the country’s housing markets.

The API supplies data from Eiendomsverdi AS, which collects, structures, and analyzes data about the Norwegian housing market. The company provides services to various industries such as banking, insurance, real estate brokerage, appraisal, and public administration. Eiendomsverdi AS has developed several applications and systems that provide better valuations and housing price statistics. The company is owned by four major banks and is a member of the European AVM Alliance, a membership organization for European providers of statistical valuation models.
