Governance Data Services
Data Cleansing
Infotorg offers a broad and diverse selection of sources with very high quality standards. You can choose to clean data you already have, such as addresses or names, or you can add new information. When your customer portfolio is matched against relevant registers, discrepancies and changes become visible. After cleaning, you are equipped with improved quality of your data.
Data Monitoring
We offer two methods of Data Monitoring; Source Monitoring, which reports any changes in the data source of your choice, and Object Monitoring, where we only report source changes in the data objects you are interested in.
You can make it easy for yourself. When you order Object Monitoring, you get ongoing updates of data in your customer portfolio over time. When data changes in the source register, we report the changes. Simple and straightforward. Send us your customer portfolio via SFTP, and we will perform an initial cleaning where we identify data and add updated information.
Data Extraction
Do you need to know something about a specific customer group? Do you want to communicate with only parts of the population? When you order an extraction, we retrieve data from various sources based on the criteria you have specified. For example, you can get information about all businesses within a municipality or sector, or updated name and address information on 6-year-olds living in your municipality. You can also get quantity reports and statistics.
